Our team is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We have some exciting news, Santa has confirmed that he will be available to visit Looe from 15th to 19th December.

This year Santa will be taking part in a Tour with Looe Lions AND Plymouth City Bus.

Santa will be visiting Wednesday 17th December route and times are as follow:

Crafthole, PortwrinkleTurn (The Cross Bus Shelter) – 18.15 18.25 Downderry Square – 18.35 1845. Seaton-Beach Side – 19.00-19.10
Barbican (Looe) Primary School – 19.10 19.20 East Looe Opposite Surgery – 19.30-19.40 – Killigarth Turn – 19.50 20.00 Pelynt Church – 2040 – Bodmin Depot.

*This year the Santa Bus is raising money in Plymouth for Hugs Charity and LARF Cornwall for Cornwall. Plymouth CityBus and Go Cornwall Bus kindly donate funds and the vehicle to make Santa Bus activities happen. All Santa Bus Evenings are run by volunteers.

A flood alert has been issued by the Environment Agency.
Flood alert in force: South Cornwall coast from Gribbin Head to Rame Head.
Flooding is possible for: Gribbin Head to Rame Head including Fowey, Golant, Lostwithiel, Lerryn, Polruan, Polperro, Looe and the Looe Rivers and Seaton.
High tides, strong winds and large waves tomorrow morning may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible over high tide on the morning of Tuesday 9th December.
Low lying coastal roads, promenades, car parks and harbours may be flooded. Areas at risk include low lying areas in Fowey, Lostwithiel, Looe, Millendreath, and Seaton.
Avoid beaches and coastal promenades, which may be flooded.
This message will be updated by 11:30AM on 09 December 2025 or as the situation changes.

Flood alert for South Cornwall coast from Gribbin Head to Rame Head

High tides, strong winds and large waves over the next three days may lead to flooding.
Flooding is expected over high tides from the evening of Friday 5th December to the morning of Tuesday 9th December.
Low lying coastal roads, promenades, car parks and harbours may be flooded.
High tide at Plymouth on Friday evening is at 17:51 and on Saturday morning at 06:12, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide levels are 2.83mAOD and 2.91mAOD respectively. Expect tide levels along the coast to be around 0.5m above tide table level. Strong force 7 westerly winds and offshore wave heights of over 4.0m are forecast.
The high tides of most concern are from Saturday morning to Sunday morning and flood warnings are likely to be issued.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .

GWR Travel Disruptions from Monday 8th December.

An Update from GWR regarding train travel to Looe:
Track maintenance will be taking place between Liskeard and Looe from Monday 8 December to Friday 19 December.
During this period, buses will replace train services on this route.
Replacement Bus Arrangements:
•Buses will stop at St Keyne village (not St Keyne Wishing Well Halt).
•Buses will stop at Duloe village (not Causeland station).
•Coombe Junction Halt will not be served.
Important Note
No rail replacement services will operate on Sunday 14 December.
All changes have been uploaded into online journey planners and we are also making customers aware at stations and on board through announcements, station posters, and both traditional and social media.
