Looe Town Council Visits RNLI Looe.
Last night, Mayor Stephen Remington visited the RNLI Lifeboat Station alongside members of Looe Town Council to see first-hand the incredible work carried out by the volunteer crew and to explore how the Council can help support future opportunities.
It was a fantastic chance to learn more about the history of the RNLI and the dedication and sacrifice shown every day by its volunteers. A powerful reminder of just how central the RNLI is to life in Looe.
Councillors toured the kit room, got up close to the lifeboats, asked plenty of questions, and even tried on some of the specialist gear!
