Duck and Cover, Looe Duck Race Returns!
The annual Lions Club of Looe Duck Race took place this Bank Holiday weekend where 5,500 ducks were dropped in to the river (and collected by the amazing team of volunteers). We are grateful for this tradition and the support it receives from both locals and tourists alike. PLEASE NOTE: All ducks are recovered from the river by The Lions of Looe, using nets across the rivers width. This ensures no pollution to the river and no harm to other animals)!
