We’re excited to share a fresh chapter for Visit Looe!
If you didn’t know, Looe Town Council is responsible for the Tourist Information Centre on the Millpool, along with the Visit Looe website and social media channels. There has been a lot of time & effort put in to Visit Looe including strengthening our partnership with (Welcome to Looe & Polperro) and a focus on social media channels. Earlier this Summer, we launched our new Visit Looe website, so now is the ideal time to reintroduce Visit Looe to our community.
So, What’s New at Visit Looe?
After reviewing the performance of our previous website, we made the decision that we needed to invest in a new website to improve the experience for locals and visitors alike. Thanks to the dedication of the Visit Looe Working Group, supported by our Content & Communications Officer, we’re proud to say this new site is not only with big improvement creatively, as it is easier to navigate and more visually engaging, but it is also far more cost effective. By reducing ongoing maintenance costs and investing in upskilling our team, we’ve created a site that better reflects the charm and energy of Looe.

Of course, none of this would be possible without our recruited design team. We worked with Bang Bang Creative, a Cornwall-based agency who’ve been an incredible asset to this project. Their fresh approach, visual flair, and expert knowledge has elevated Visit Looe to a new standard.

We are also seeking social media content opportunities, offering collaborative posts that may showcase your business to a wider audience. A previous example is the reel we created for Dive Looe (check it out on our socials @Visit Looe)! This a not-for-profit project, focused solely on showcasing Looe, in turn all additions to the website & our social media are completely free of charge.
We’re thrilled that Visit Looe has a great new shop window after a much needed refresh! As we move forward, our goal is to continually expand, improve, and grow Visit Looe within the town and beyond. We truly appreciate your ongoing support and can’t wait to share what’s ahead with you.
