Notice of Vacancy in East Looe Ward

Due to a recent Councillor resignation, we have a vacancy for a Town Councillor in the East Looe ward.

Residents have the right to request an election and should do so by contacting Cornwall Council in writing – either in person or by post – at Proper Officer, Electoral Services, 0E, County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY by 15th June 2026. There will be an election if ten or more residents request one. If there isn’t an election, the vacancy will be filled by co-option and we will be inviting applications at a later date.
