An update on Polperro Road & North Road.
We are delighted to have received the following update from Cornwall Highways regarding Polperro Road and North Road, West Looe:
They have said:
” Although we hadn’t planned on providing another update, we are excited to share some important and positive news about the Polperro Road project. The project team have risen to the challenge, and we’re delighted to report that the scaffold was removed yesterday afternoon. With that complete we are now confident all works on Polperro Road will be completed by the end of this Friday, just in time for the festive break, allowing normal traffic flow to resume.
Please note that North Road will remain closed during the holiday period, as we need to complete the reinstatements against the new wall and reconnect the streetlight. We expect to complete these works by the end of the first week in January.
