Train Drivers Strike 1st and 3rd of February.

The ASLEF (train drivers) strike this week on Wednesday 1st and Friday the 3rd of February.

 

There will be very limited services on these dates, with some areas having no services at all.  All of the online journey planners are now updated, including the journey checker on their dedicated strike page www.gwr.com/strike The majority of services will run normally on Thursday 2 February – with some small changes to early morning and late evening services.

 

GWR are asking customers to check before they travel, there is also further advice on their dedicated webpage about how to claim refunds or how to use tickets on alternative dates.

 

It is also worth noting that Transport for Wales and Transport for London (Elizabeth Line) services are not affected by this strike, and will run normally.
