We’ve been made aware that several residents have received text or e-mail messages claiming to be from Royal Mail. They say that a parcel is waiting for delivery and that a fee must be paid for this. A link in the message then takes you to a website to enter personal and financial details.  These are not genuine messages from Royal Mail and your details could then be used by the scammers for other fraud.
