Network Rail improvement works starting this Saturday 18th February.

Network Rail improvement works taking place on the line between Pewsey and Theale on Saturday 18 February until Thursday 2 March.

During this period, our long distance services between Devon/Cornwall and London will be diverted via Swindon, extending journey times. Some services may also arrive/depart at different times to normal.

The works will consist of Network Rail replacing track on this key route, which is very important for maintaining the safety and reliability of the railway.

There will be further closures on Sunday 5 March, Saturday and Sunday 11/12 March, Friday 7 April to Monday 10 April, and on Sunday 16 and 23 April and 14 May.
