Starting on Thursday 2nd Feb 10am-12pm every Thursday for 8 weeks.
Venue is, Millpool Centre, The Millpool West, Looe, PL13 2AF.
This is a lovely group, which is informal, varied and fun where you could learn simple steps, based around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, that can help you take control of your mental wellbeing.
