Let’s Preserve the Beauty of Lovely Looe.
Looe Town Council would like to preserve the unique beauty of our historic town that locals and visitors love so much, therefore in order to assist this agenda we will be writing to local business’ that have signage that is placed inappropriately and poses a health and safety risk. We will also be requesting the removal of signage which contravenes the following :
– The Town and Country Planning Act ( control of advertisements)
– Looe Neighbourhood Development Plan ( NDP)
– Looe’s Conservation Area
Looe Town Council support local business’ and would welcome conversations if you are unsure of what signage can be displayed, you can do this either in person at our offices above the library at the Millpool car park or by way of dropping us an email at the address below so that we can all work together to preserve our lovely town – Looe !
