Employability in Looe
Motiv-8 South West are running a new project in our area to help people into employment or training.
All the support they offer is bespoke and completely FREE. They can help with anything from building confidence, support finding childcare providers, explaining the benefits system, visiting employers, and much more.

The types of support offered includes:
Person centred support: Goal planning, realising potential, personal discovery, and confidence building.
Employability support: CV building, applying for jobs online, interview techniques, DBS completion and disclosures.
Education/Training: Identifying individual skills needs, searching and applying for courses, funding, bespoke training programmes, searching for job specific training.
Finance/Debt: Benefit calculations, searching for eligible grants and funding, signposting and support around Debt, learning budgeting skills.
