Embankment Stabilisation Scheme •   Bay View slope, Hannafore Road, Looe – January 2023

Following a minor landslip, work to stabilise a slope close to Bay View will begin on Monday 30 January.
Works are scheduled to be completed by Thursday 30 March.
To protect road users and give the workforce a safe working zone two-way traffic lights will be in operation
throughout.
Works will be carried out during the day between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. This
will involve the installation of a soil nail and mesh system, to retain and protect the slope, and sympathetic
repairs to the retaining wall.
Please be assured every effort will be made to minimise disruption and complete the scheme as quickly as
possible.
