Looe is the stunningly beautiful fishing port on the south coast of Cornwall, part of Caradon District and within easy traveling distance of Plymouth and the historic market town of Liskeard.

The Looe Town Council has fifteen elected members from all areas of Looe, which is not warded. Members of the public will generally make enquiries of the Councillor they know or with whom they feel most comfortable.

Councillors are elected on a four yearly cycle, in May of the election year, and the Mayor from among, and by, the Councillors annually.

The Councillors are listed under the members section and they are happy to talk, listen and give advice on matters appertaining to Looe. Contact should be made through the Clerk to the Council between 10.00 and 12.00 o'clock daily Monday to Friday.

The Council currently owns no properties and operates from Looe Guildhall, located in East Looe and owned by East Looe Town Trust.
